Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. ezvip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Withdrawal page. ezvip reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, and ezvip will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals promptly. Any fees associated with deposits or withdrawals will be clearly communicated to you before the transaction is completed.
All bets and wagers placed on the ezvip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant rules before placing any bet. ezvip reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, placed on an event that has been cancelled, or placed in circumstances where a technical fault has affected the integrity of the odds or game outcome. Winnings will be credited to your account balance following the settlement of each event or game round. ezvip's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game result is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
Users of the ezvip Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
ezvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds associated with such activity pending investigation. Where required by law, ezvip will report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ezvip. Unauthorised use of any ezvip intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. ezvip does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, ezvip will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly, but cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
